The property is located to 800 mt from the nearest houses where you can enjoy a very good level restaurant with a splendid view.
Well located in the middle of Chianti, with plenty of medieval castles to visite, is about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Siena and about 1 hour from Florence
The nearest place is Pianella (4 KM from the house) where are shops, papers, post office, bank, gasoline. |

Included in the rent price:
     
washing machine, microwave oven, TV-SAT, TV, CD player, piano, swimming pool, barbecue, art-books, towels and linens, electricity, gas, water, gardener (twice a week also for cleaning the pool), screens in all the window.
Not included in the rent price:
Maid service (on request at the moment of reservation), telephone.
For the central heating in the main house, the units are located in each room.
In the Guest House, there are separate heating and air conditioned. Heating and air conditioned are not included in rent prices.
Final cleaning (15 euro per person minimum 120 euro).

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
The arrival day is saturday between 4,00 p.m. to 7,30 p.m. (if not differently advised)
The starting day is saturday up to 9,30 a.m. (time necessary for final cleanings).
For pro-rata days on request but minimum 10 days.
In the case of renting only Pecine without guest house, the guest house will remain closed without any other people for the privacy of guests.
Deposit:
400 euro to be returned at the end of rental period.

The property is accessible by 800 meter of a typical public unpaved but very large and well maintained road; parking is available inside the property.
The house was restored for the owners relaxing staying, it is furnished with antiques pieces of the owners forefathers.

The painting decor of the interiors is quite unique and add brightness to the house.

garden (10.000 mq) with rocky garden,
cypress and secular oak.
